1. Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide when registering: your name, email address, and chosen role. We also collect profile details you add (display name, bio, social media handles, follower counts, payout method details) and transaction data (wallet balances, deposits, campaign funding, earnings, and withdrawals). When you upload content, we store it in object storage (DigitalOcean Spaces).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: operate the marketplace (match campaigns with promoters, verify views, settle earnings); process payments and withdrawals; communicate with you about campaigns, earnings, and account status; prevent fraud and enforce platform guidelines; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment Processing
Card payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, our payment provider. Your card details never touch 97Promo servers — they are entered on LemonSqueezy's secure checkout page. Bank transfer deposits are reviewed by our administrators using the screenshot you upload. Payout method details (bank accounts, PayPal emails, crypto wallets) are stored to process your withdrawals and are visible to administrators.
4. Identity Verification (KYC)
If the platform enables identity verification for withdrawals, an administrator may verify your identity before processing payouts. Your KYC status is recorded on your profile. You may be required to provide additional information to complete verification. KYC data, if collected, is stored securely and used solely for compliance purposes.
5. Data Sharing
We share data with: payment providers (LemonSqueezy) for processing card payments; object storage providers (DigitalOcean) for file uploads; and social platform APIs (e.g., YouTube Data API) for view verification. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others. Campaign details (name, video, requirements) are visible to promoters on the marketplace; your public profile is visible to other users.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records (wallet ledger, audit logs) are retained indefinitely as the immutable financial record. Uploaded content is retained while campaigns are active and may be deleted when no longer needed. You may request deletion of your account; note that transaction records are retained for legal and audit purposes.
7. Security
We use secure, time-limited presigned URLs for file uploads, encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all data transmission, and role-based access controls. Financial operations are recorded in an immutable ledger. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or update your profile information from your settings. You may request export or deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements). You may opt out of marketing emails via your notification preferences. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA respectively.
9. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics to understand platform usage and improve our services. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.
10. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact support.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
